Homeroom was established in 2004 as a premium supplier of timber doors; previously known as ‘Designer Timber Doors’, we have grown our product range extensively over the past decade and now carry a range of different products including shutters, internal blinds, external blinds and security screens. In 2015 we decided to rebrand the business under the name ‘Home Room’ to reflect our expanded product offering.
Based in Mackay, Homeroom believes in keeping up with industry trends to provide you with the most stylish as well as technologically advanced products. We source the majority of our products from Australian-owned businesses and enjoy assisting all of our customers with product and colour selection.
Our dedicated staff are trained to assist you; our job is to help you choose from our extensive range and ensure that you achieve a look that not only suits your individual taste but also your budget.

Free Colour Consultation: Drop into our showroom to view our product range and receive a free colour consultation. Bring in any colour samples or photos that you have and we will help your narrow down the options and select colours that will suit your home.
Free Measure and Quote: Once you have dropped into our showroom to select your products and colours, we will organise a free measure and quote service where we will visit your home to get precise measurements. For products such as internal blinds, we will bring fabric samples with us so that you can see how the colours will work in your home.
12 Month Warranty: All of our installation services come with a 12 month warranty, and all of our products come with a minimum 12 month warranty – some will have longer warranties depending on the manufactures.
No Sub-Contractors: When your products are ready to be installed, we will send our own installer to your home – we do not outsource to any sub-contractors.
